Terms and Conditions of Service

This agreement is made between MAXION GAME CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), an online game service provider that produces or imports games or game materials, and the users of the Company's services, whether or not they are required to pay for the services (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). This agreement becomes effective when Users accept the agreement and complete the service registration.

• MAXION ID
• MAXION ID is a service that allows Users to sign in to the Company's products, websites, and various services.
• The methods and conditions for registration and cancellation of MAXION ID service shall be as determined and announced by the Company.
• Users must provide only truthful information as requested by the Company, and Users acknowledge that information designated by the Company as important cannot be modified or changed.

• Terms of Service
• Users agree to comply with the rules, regulations, and codes of conduct specified and announced by the Company.
• Users agree not to use names, make announcements, or take any action that may imply impersonation of the Company, including violations of law, and national institutions, religion, the monarchy, as well as politics, morality, and ethics of Thailand.
• All MAXION ID data and passwords, including all in-game items in the MAXION ID account, are the property of the Company. The Company merely grants Users the right to use the account, password, and items during the service period only, and the Company reserves the right to modify, reclaim, suspend, or terminate at any time.
• Users agree to maintain the security of MAXION ID data and passwords themselves. In the event of transfer, sale, exchange, lending, etc., Users shall be responsible for any damages that may occur as their own actions in all cases. The Company shall not be liable in any way.
• In the event of any irregularities in the use of services, such as the use of game assistance programs, intentional fraud, disputes, or any action that causes damage to the Company or other Users, Users agree to consent to the Company suspending or terminating MAXION ID usage, either temporarily or permanently, without the need to obtain consent from Users or to notify Users in advance, and Users agree not to claim any damages.
• The Company reserves copyright to take legal action. No one is permitted to use the game for any purpose, such as reproduction, modification, public display, or making it available to the public in any way that constitutes infringement of copyright in whole or in part, unless prior written permission is obtained from the Company, including any action that causes damage to the Company, whether directly or indirectly.
• All purchases of virtual currency and in-game items are final and non-refundable, except where expressly required by applicable law.

• Privacy Rights
• Users acknowledge and agree that the Company may store, access, and disclose information regarding service usage as provided by Users to the Company for the purpose of preparing and providing services, if the Company believes in good faith that such action is necessary.
• The Company may be obligated to comply with requests for User data if there is a legal process, as part of a criminal or civil investigation.

• Limitation of Liability
• The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including loss, damage, or expenses arising directly or indirectly, whether specifically, incidentally, or consequentially, including those arising from errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, incompleteness, computer viruses, or computer network intrusion, even if the Company or its representatives have been notified of such damages.
