Purchase Terms and Refund Policy

Before proceeding with payment, the Purchaser must review and verify the purchase details, including the item, quantity, and total amount payable.

By clicking the confirmation button and completing the payment, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. Any purchase of Game Currency, Virtual Currency, In-Game Items, Digital Items, Digital Goods, or other digital services, once the transaction has been successfully completed and the relevant goods, items, or benefits have been delivered to the Purchaser's account, shall generally be deemed final and completed. The Purchaser may not cancel the transaction or request a refund solely because the Purchaser has changed their mind, selected the wrong item or product due to a failure to carefully review the purchase details before placing the order, subsequently becomes dissatisfied with the item, or no longer wishes to use the purchased item or service.
  2. The Purchaser acknowledges that certain digital goods or in-game items may be used, consumed, transferred, exchanged, traded, or otherwise altered within the game. Once an item has been used, consumed, transferred, exchanged, traded, or otherwise modified such that it cannot reasonably be returned in its original state, the Company may reject a refund request in accordance with the Company's Purchase Terms and Refund Policy.
  3. The Company will consider refund requests only where the request falls within the Company's Purchase Terms and Refund Policy, including where an error or defect is attributable to the Company or its systems, such as:(a) payment has been successfully completed but the purchased item or digital goods were not delivered;(b) the Purchaser received an item that materially differs from the item purchased due to an error attributable to the Company;(c) duplicate billing or another verifiable transaction-processing error occurred;(d) the transaction was unauthorized by the account holder or payment instrument holder and, following investigation, the Company reasonably determines that the transaction involved fraud or unauthorized use; or(e) any other circumstance in which the Company is legally required to provide a refund or remedy.
  4. Where a refund is approved by the Company, the Company will process the refund through the original payment method or such other payment method as the Company may determine. The time required for the refunded amount to be transferred or credited to the Purchaser's account may vary depending on the processing procedures and applicable refund timelines of the Purchaser's bank, card issuer, payment service provider, or other relevant financial institution, which are beyond the Company's control. The refunded amount will be credited to the Purchaser's account in accordance with the applicable processing timeline of the relevant bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
  5. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees not to submit any false, misleading, or fraudulent refund or payment dispute claim to a bank, card issuer, payment service provider, or other third party, including falsely claiming that a transaction was unauthorized when the Purchaser actually authorized the transaction and received the purchased goods or items, or concealing the fact that the purchased goods or items have already been received, used, transferred, exchanged, or traded.
  6. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the Company reserves the right to submit relevant transaction records and supporting evidence to establish the validity and completion of the transaction, including purchase records, purchase confirmation, transaction date and time, account information, delivery records, and records relating to the use, transfer, exchange, or trading of the purchased goods or items, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rules of the relevant payment provider or card network. This use of data is carried out in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy for customers.
  7. By clicking the purchase confirmation button, the Purchaser acknowledges that such action constitutes an affirmative indication of the Purchaser's intention to make the purchase and acceptance of the applicable Purchase Terms and Refund Policy. The Purchaser confirms that the Purchaser has been given an opportunity to review the transaction details and applicable terms before completing the payment.
  8. The Purchaser represents and warrants that the Purchaser has attained the age of legal majority under applicable law or, if the Purchaser is a minor, that the Purchaser has obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter into this transaction. If this representation is untrue, the Company reserves the right to take such action as permitted by law and the Company's policies.
  9. The refund limitations set out herein are subject to applicable law and shall not be interpreted as excluding or restricting any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
